The Future of IEM

As everyone has seen over the past couple of weeks some recent internal affairs and member loss have plagued us. However, I feel I must address a couple of matters.

1) If you think we are dead in the water then you have another thing coming. We are not going to lie down and just die. In fact we are going to be implementing a lot of new changes to the site, our releases and our forums. As we make these changes we will put informational topics to help ease everyone into it.

2) We, as a team, have picked up a lot of series that we have then not touched in months. Some of those are going to be dropped and some are going to become our main series. We will let you all know of our plans in the coming days.

3) As mentioned in point one there is going to be some changes to the site. One such change is the recruitment section. This is going to help everyone, including the team members, in getting better and quicker results. So with this being said, we NEED recruiters. Translators, raw providers are in DESPERATE need atm as we have always been, but now more so then ever.

4) As we create these new additions to the site we are going to be needing some leaders for them. If you would like to apply when they come out there will be corresponding topics that go with them as well.

5) Just a quick fyi the general discussion section and spam section are going to switch tomorrow to fix a hyperlink issue. So going to create a topic for topics that you want to move. Be sure to post in that topic if this applies to you.

So in conclusion, for those thinking we are dead or that everyone has abandoned ship. I would like to tell you that this is not the case. We are going to come back and I am sure in the days to follow you will like the changes that are involved.

I know this might be a late reply but, almost everyone in IEM moved to Imperial, IEM is currently an abandoned site, being used by us users.

I'm a redrawer in Imperial, but I don't want to leave this place, I spend more time here than Imperial.
