hmm...well...ichigo's "lost" his shinigami powers once before (before the Save Rukia arc when his zampakutou was destroyed) so he could probably regain them again...
The thing with orihime's powers is that they're so mysterious...

No, the powers he gain were his own real powers, he lost the powers given by Rukia.

Who cares? He is effectively dead.

I think that either Urahara and the 12th division captians will get Ichigo's powers back for him, Orihime will cheat the universe, or the series will end.
