So this is insane and ridiculous. I Toddler only 2 and a half years old has a Medical Marijuana card. Granted this kid has been through a lot, brain tumour, but Weed contains Tetrahydrocannabinol (also known as THC). THC is not safe for toddler consumption, due to the fact that it can make a baby's heart stop. Another risk is loss of short term memory, something children need to be able to learn.
Before people say I'm attacking the doctor that prescribed this, NO. I'm attacking the father, first of all it is not a good idea to give this to your kid, in fact the fathers probably stealing the prescription. Also the family didn't try hard enough to get the child to eat. I know he states it had been 40 days since the baby ate but that clearly is a lie.


As you can see I am against this but I wanna see a fair debate about this topic.

There have been studies to prove that children require their short term memory to learn and studies that prove THC has short term memory loss. As for the stoping a heart beat, I have yet to find a good source of proof.

Another point that I should have brought up before is Cannabis can be consumed in several forms none of which would be safe for a minor let alone a baby.

technically ESX it isnt but at the same time it is. I mean a woman went to jail for giving her 4 year old weed, nonprescribed but still. Why on earth should it be alright for a 2 year old to take it? I've seen first hand hat weed does to a two year old((horrible mistake involving brownies....)) . Granted not every child is the same but thats still a bunch of bullshit

He probably perscribed it out of greed. Not to sound cynical, but it results in an addiction which means a permenant patient for life.

Well, I am a bit of a cynic, so this is my guess, but perhapse he actually thought it would be good for the little kid.
