Binktopia had switched to watermarking each of their pages just recently as well.  Their reasoning was inferred from their multiple postings of complaints about international groups using their cleaned up redrawn images and/or translation and just substituting the foreign words into the balloons then claiming it was their scanslation.  Bink had complained about that months before, but I guess after all this time they lost their patience and went to watermarking each page.
