It doesnt seem like theres been any interaction between natsu and lisanna since she got back while natsu and lucy just had their team revival battle.

I agree with mrdeadspace1234 those reasons are prety solid and plot development can not make certain points irrelevant because what happens happens and ive read through these poll comments and some of you have very shallow reasoning for lucy and most lisanna reviews have depth to their reasoning and if you think you can replace a person your dead wrong say for example your girlfriend died (no offence intended) would you see your next girlfriend as her replacement again if i have offended anyone i am deeply sorry but you wouldn't be thinking oh ican replace her now with this new girl im sorry  but unless you are extremly shallow yo wouldnt be thinking that and the only reason natsu and lisanna havent had that much interaction is because they were a little busy fighting off the whole grimoire hearts guild and ps this may seem contradicive its not meant to be but when natsu was knocked out after fighting hades lisanna mira and elfman stayed with him while lucy was off with cana. sorry for any spelling mistakes and my two best friends are like lucy and lisanna even the same age and i still choose the one like lisanna and everyone said that we had so much history it was enevitable i had them read the fairy tail books and they still said we were just like natsu and lisanna and sorry for this long and i mean looooooooooooooong reply.PEACE.

It wasn't that long.

Anyway, I doubt that natsu thinks of Lucy as "replacing" Lisana, only as a new friend. It's been several years since he lost Lisanna so he probably got over it enough to start a new relationsihp *cough* lucyxnatsu*cough* Just like you or I could have a girlfriend or childhood sweetheart and move on and date somebody new, Natsu can as well.

i vote for lucy. because they were so sweet and they really trusted each other even so they don't have any childhood history and lucy is just new at fairy tail look how close they were now.
