Here's my verdict:

• First 2 lines are already timed wrong
• There's a big difference in most lines, with Lead-in and Lead-out

Overall it is decent, I would like to know a few things.

Do you use Timing Post-Processor? If so, a change in those settings is required.
If not, you'll have to learn to time exactly what's said, up till the milisecond it begins.
You can structure your timing by using the shortcuts, I'm willing to explain those.
