KHR @ Crunchyroll
« on: March 18, 2009, 12:49:47 AM »
Reportedly, Crunchyroll is going to broadcast Hitman Reborn episodes one hour after original airing in Japan. So that's basically the same thing that happend to Naruto. Guess it's a good thing? Just read it, so if you already knew, don't bother :)

yeah well that's what CR is there for i guess..anyway, the broadcast is limited to the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand..but anything that's released on that site eventually finds its way onto the market, the one way or the other...so yeah i think we all will be able to enjoy subbed reborn within a day of its original airing in japan ;) just like naruto, gintama and skip beat etc...

oh and btw...funimation still sucks ..this deal is between d-rights inc and CR...d-rights Inc. is the original license holder of reborn and i think they sold the marketing rights to funimation..but i suppose that only holds true for dvds and stuff, else they couldn't release it on CR...or it's limited to those countries that don't get the stream...but well, that's hypothetical, i don't really know and it doesn't really matter :D

free reborn for all of us..that's what matters ;)
i just hope they'll have decent subs :D

oh btw it already starts tomorrow :)

mm actually only the people with a crunchyroll membership get to watch the episodes an hour after they are aired in japan, people without a membership get to watch them a week later.

as for funimation there's nothing (so i've heard) official with them and KHR, they are just taking measure to eliminate illegal distribution and fansubbing.

and lastly i think KHR has done a great job of keeping fillers on the real low (unlike naruto *shudders*)  hopefully the fillers will be of all of them training ^^ that would be the best way to go with an anime that is following the manga so closely

Yeah.. I agree :)
I also prefer original voice dubs than the english-dubbed ones. English dubs suck big time, like sometimes they ruin the mood of the episode. :angry

yes that right I agree on what you have said. I also do prefer the orig. dub cause they're so good and they can express the feelings of the anime. I don't like the english dub cause they were sometimes overacting or emotionless.
