A woman is walking down the street carrying 2 huge garbage bags, one of them has a small tear in it and 20 dollar bills are falling out of it
A police man sees, and walks up to the lady and tells her that she's dropping the bills, the police man asks her how she got so many 20 dollar bills
She answered, "Well I live next to a huge sports arena and and when people need to pee, the go to my fence and stick their dicks through the holes, so I hold a pair of hedge clippers up to them and say 20 dollars or I cut, so they give me 20 dollars, do their business and go away"
the police man accepts her answer and as he's walking away he sees the woman throwing the other bag in the dumpster.
He runs up to her and asks why she's throwing out a huge bag of 20 dollar bills
she answers, "that bag isn't filled with bills"
the police man asks, "then what is in that bag?"
the lady answers, "Well... not everyone pays...."
