I only know English and not Japanese in any form, would I be helpful to you guys despite that?

Of course! Proofreaders are the one making sentences go well in English. It's good if you know Japanese so you can really check on the meaning. But Proofreaders with great English ability and diligence to pick up those small mistakes are also welcomed XD
